Itinerario / Detalles Completos
- Day 1
- Arrival in Luxor and East Bank Temples
- Morning Arrival in Luxor. Board the cruise ship around 12 00 PM for lunch.
- Afternoon Visit the East Bank of Luxor. First see Karnak Temple the largest religious complex ever built. Then visit Luxor Temple which is beautifully illuminated in the late afternoon.
- Evening Dinner and a belly dance show on board. Overnight on the ship in Luxor.
- Day 2
- Luxor West Bank and Sailing to Esna
- Early Morning Cross to the West Bank. Visit the Valley of the Kings where you will see three royal tombs. Then visit the Temple of Hatshepsut a stunning terraced structure carved into the cliffs. Stop briefly at the Colossi of Memnon two massive stone statues.
- Afternoon Return to the ship for lunch. Start sailing south towards Esna. Pass through the Esna Lock. Enjoy afternoon tea on deck.
- Evening Welcome cocktail reception followed by dinner. Overnight on the ship sailing to Edfu.
- Day 3
- Edfu Temple and Kom Ombo Temple
- Morning Arrive in Edfu. Take a horse drawn carriage to Edfu Temple the best preserved temple in Egypt dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Return to the ship by carriage.
- Afternoon Sail towards Kom Ombo. Visit Kom Ombo Temple a double temple dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god and Haroeris the falcon headed god. See the small Crocodile Museum nearby.
- Evening Egyptian Galabeya party on board where guests wear traditional attire. Dinner and overnight on the ship sailing to Aswan.
- Day 4
- Arrival in Aswan and Aswan Highlights
- Morning Arrive in Aswan. Visit the High Dam a modern engineering marvel. Then take a motorboat to Philae Temple on Agilkia Island dedicated to the goddess Isis. Finally see the Unfinished Obelisk in the ancient granite quarry.
- Afternoon Relax on a traditional felucca sailboat ride around Kitcheners Island and the botanical gardens. Free time to explore the Aswan market.
- Evening Nubian show with local music and dance followed by dinner. Overnight on the ship in Aswan.
- Day 5
- Disembarkation in Aswan
- Morning Breakfast on board. Disembarkation around 8 00 AM. Transfer to Aswan airport or Aswan railway station for your departure. Optional excursion to Abu Simbel temples can be added on this day.
