Itinerario / Detalles Completos
- Tour Duration: Approximately 5-6 hours (plus transfer time)
- Pickup: From your hotel or cruise ship in Luxor (East Bank) at 8:00 AM
- Itinerary:
- - 8:00 AM: Pickup by your Egyptologist tour guide and private air-conditioned vehicle. Cross the Nile Bridge to the West Bank.
- - 8:30 AM: Arrive at the Valley of the Kings. Visit three royal tombs (Ramses IV, Ramses IX, and Tausert/Setnakht or similar depending on rotation). Entry to Tutankhamun's tomb is not included (extra fee). Your guide will explain the history and decoration of each tomb.
- - 10:30 AM: Drive to the Temple of Hatshepsut (Deir el-Bahari). Tour the stunning terraced mortuary temple of Egypt's famous female pharaoh. Learn about her reign and the significance of the site.
- - 11:30 AM: Stop at the Colossi of Memnon – two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Brief photo stop with explanation.
- - 12:00 PM: Visit Medinet Habu (Mortuary Temple of Ramses III). Explore the well-preserved reliefs and pylons.
- - 1:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant (traditional Egyptian meal: kofta, chicken, rice, salad, bread, and soft drink or water).
- - 2:00 PM: Optional short stop at the Ramesseum (if time permits) or drive directly back.
- - 2:30 PM: Return transfer to your hotel or cruise ship in Luxor.

- - Wear comfortable walking shoes, sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- - Bring a scarf or light jacket for sun protection.
- - Camera is allowed in most sites (no flash inside tombs). Some tombs may charge extra for photography.
