Le tre grandi piramidi
Il complesso contiene tre piramidi principali: la Grande Piramide di Cheope (la più grande), la Piramide di Chefren (che appare più alta grazie alla sua posizione elevata) e la Piramide di Menkaure (la più piccola delle tre). Ciascuno ha richiesto circa 20 anni per essere costruito.
La Sfinge
La Grande Sfinge di Giza è la statua monolitica più grande del mondo, scolpita da un unico blocco di pietra calcarea. È rivolto a est verso il sole nascente. La maggior parte degli egittologi ritiene che rappresenti il faraone Chefren.

- Arriva presto (i cancelli aprono alle 8:00) per evitare la folla e il caldo
