- 0400 to 0500 AM Pick up from your hotel or Nile cruise in Luxor by private vehicle
- 0500 to 0530 AM Transfer to the Nile and cross by motorboat to the West Bank
- 0530 to 0600 AM Arrive at the launch site watch balloon inflation and receive safety briefing
- 0600 to 0615 AM Take off and climb into the sky
- 0615 to 0700 AM Balloon flight over the West Bank seeing the Valley of the Kings Temple of Hatshepsut Colossi of Memnon and the Nile
- 0700 to 0715 AM Landing on the West Bank with a short celebration
- 0715 to 0730 AM Receive flight certificate and board your vehicle
- 0730 to 0800 AM Return transfer to your hotel by vehicle and motorboat arriving in time for breakfast
